shipping

We currently only ship within the US and are always trying to find the most cost effective options for our customers. 

We offer nationwide shipping across the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and PO Boxes. Please allow extra time in transit for orders going to non-contiguous United States addresses. 

We process and ship orders Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 2-5 business days to handle and pack. Shipping can generally take 3-7 business days, but may take up to 8-10 business days. These shipping times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Your happiness and satisfaction is our top priority. Jane Home accepts returns within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting support@janehomestudio.com. Candles must be unused to be eligible for return. Please note that Jane Home does not currently cover the cost of return shipping- if processing a return, packaging and shipping will be up to you. 

In the case of damages, missing items or incorrect items received, Jane Home will cover shipping costs and generate a label for you. Reusing the original packaging is recommended. Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. Returns of product boxes without product inside will not be accepted.

 

If you decide to return an item(s), we are unable to refund your original shipping costs, if applicable. 

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange a product for a different product, you'll need to process a return and place an order for the new product.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Once your return is approved for a refund and your item is received, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
